This is not an algorithmic recommendation engine. It is human curation.

The Programming Philosophy
Films are selected by TWIN notion and, increasingly, by filmmakers, artists, musicians, and other people whose work we admire.
Small room. Real screen. Intentional programming. Affordable admission. A reason to leave the house and watch something together.
Programming should be intimate, accessible, and recurring. The archive matters. Over time, someone should be able to look at what we showed and understand what TWIN notion believed was worth seeing.
Where We Show Films
Studio 308
308 S. Lansing Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma
TWIN notion has screened The Day Before at Studio 308 and is developing it as a recurring home for Micro Cinema programming.
The Bend
810 E. 3rd St., Tulsa
The Bend is both part of the physical world in which The Day Before was created and a TWIN notion exhibition partner. The current experimental Tuesday format combines short films and cinema with live music.
Screening schedules are announced individually. We distinguish between confirmed upcoming events and ongoing developing programs. We never invent dates.
A recurring Micro Cinema feature
Invited artists recommend a film for TWIN notion to screen. Each recommendation is an artifact: a filmmaker's name, a selected film, and — when available — a note explaining the selection.
